Polyethersulfone(PES)ultrafiltration membrane(UF)is widely used in various fields due to its excellent physical and chemical properties.However,PES ultrafiltration membrane was easily contaminated by macromolecules in the treatment solution.These molecules accumulate on the surface of the membrane,causing the blockage of the membrane,resulting in the decrease of membrane filtration performance and the increase of production and use cost.Therefore,the preparation of PES ultrafiltration membranes with high anti-pollution properties has become a research direction of current industrial applications.First,the paper prepared PES hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane by non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS)method,and the influence of three kinds of additives(PEG-400,PVP-K30 and TiO2)on PES ultrafiltration membrane was investigated.Through a series of tests and analysis,it was found that the addition of TiO2 was most conducive to the improvement of PES ultrafiltration membrane performance.When the added mass fraction of TiO2 was 0.6%,PES ultrafiltration membrane's contact Angle was 71.4°,flux recovery rate was 74.5%,The result proves that the membrane's anti-pollution performance gained improvement.Secondly,the paper investigated the effects of spinning conditions on membrane properties and structure.The results showed that the membrane prepared under the conditions of 20%PES,35?solidification bath,60RH%ambient humidity,20%DMAc content in the core solution,and 50?casting solution,had the best performance.Under this condition the water flux of the membrane could reach123.5L/(m2·h),and the rejection of BSA aqueous solution was 87.4%.Finally,the paper prepared GO@TiO2/PES blending ultrafiltration membranes by using new material GO@TiO2 as an additive.The results showed that the addition of GO@TiO2 could significantly improve the membrane's anti-pollution performance.On this basis,the membrane's rejection of BSA solution only showed a small downward trend.When the addition amount of GO@TiO2 is 0.6%,water flux of the membrane reaches to 194.5L/(m2·h),and the rejection is 89.4%.After three pollution-cleaning cycles,the water flux recovery rate of the membrane can still reach to 91.2%.The results prove that GO@TiO2 particles dispersed in PES ultrafiltration membrane evenly,and the anti-pollution performance gained greatly improved.
