Lyocell fiber is a kind of comfortable,breathable and biodegradable green environmental fiber,with excellent dry and wet strength,and low energy consumption and no pollution in the production process,which used in human life.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the flame retardancy of Lyocell fiber for its application.In this paper,two different halogen-free N-P-Si ternary flame retardants,hexachlorocyclotriphosphamonitrile and two different silane coupling agents,3-amino-propyltriethoxy silane and bis[3-(triethoxy silicon)propyl],were synthesized to finish Lyocell fiber,and their flame retardancy properties were compared and analyzed.In this paper,ternary flame retardant Hexachlorocyclotriphosphamonitrile and3-amino-propyltriethoxysilane were first successfully prepared.~1H NMR,FT-IR,XPS and TG/DTG were used to characterize the structure and properties of six3-amino-propyltriethoxylsilicocyclotriphosphamonitrile.The optimal synthesis conditions were:THF is solvent,triethylamine is acid binder,feeding ratio of Hexachlorocyclotriphosphamonitrile to 3-amino-propyltriethoxysilane is 8,reaction for 6 h,the yield was 78.91%.The residual carbon content at 798?is as high as27.03%.Six for the preparation of flame retardant 3-aminopropyltriethoxy silicon ring in the PH=5,to prepare three ethanol/water is 4:1 hydrolysis is used in flame retardant finishing of Lyocell fiber,by FTIR and XPS analysis shows that six3-aminopropyltriethoxy silicon ring generated by hydrolysis of silanol to prepare three key and Lyocell fiber surface hydroxyl by dehydration reaction successfully generate a covalent bond.The LOI value shows that flame retardant can give Lyocell good flame retardant performance.When the mass fraction of flame retardant is 30%and the washing times are 20,the LOI of Lyocell fiber is 26.4%.Thermogravimetric analysis results showed that the weight loss rate of Lyocell fiber after finishing decreased,and the carbon residue increased by 16.9%at 798?.The pyrolysis-gas phase mass spectrometry and the morphology of the fiber residue after combustion showed that the flame retardancy modification of Lyocell fiber by the synthesized flame retardancy agent was mainly based on the condensate and gas phase flame retardancy mode.Based on the above reaction,under the same conditions,a new type of halogen-free,non-toxic,green and environment-friendly P-N-Si ternary flame retardant hexabis-bisyl[3-(triethoxy silicon)propyl]aminotriphosphazene was synthesized from bis-[3-(triethoxy silicon)propyl]aminotriphosphazene with multiple reactive sites by using bis-[3-(triethoxy silicon)propyl]aminotriphosphazene as raw materials.Six for the preparation of flame retardant double[3-(triethoxy silicon)propyl]amine ring three phosphorus nitriles in the PH=5,ethanol/water is 4:1hydrolysis is used in flame retardant finishing of Lyocell fiber,by FTIR and XPS analysis,six pairs of[3-(triethoxy silicon)propyl]amine ring generated by hydrolysis of silanol to prepare three key and Lyocell fiber surface hydroxyl by dehydration reaction successfully generate a covalent bond.The LOI value showed that hexadine[3-(triethoxy silicon)propyl]amine cyclotriphosphonitrile could give Lyocell better flame retardant performance.When the mass fraction of flame retardant flame retardant was 30%and the washing times were 20,the LOI of Lyocell fiber was 27.7%.Thermogravimetric analysis results showed that the weight loss rate of Lyocell fiber after finishing decreased,and the carbon residue increased by 18%at798?.Through the comparison,found that two parts work content were synthesized under the condition of the same two N-P-Si flame retardants for Lyocell fiber,flame retardants for flame retardant finishing liquid under the condition of same percentage,flame retardant six pairs of[3-(triethoxy silicon)propyl]amine of Lyocell fiber ring three phosphorus nitriles in terms of performance more excellent performance.If the synthetic flame retardants can be guaranteed to give Lyocell fiber permanent flame retardants,industrial production can be achieved.
