Nanoporous metals are widely used in the field of energy storage due to their excellent electrical conductivity and adjustable pore size.However,traditional dealloying results in macroscopic brittleness of nanoporous metals,which limits their engineering applications.In this paper,the nanoporous flexible electrode of"sandwich"structure was mass-prepared by optimizing the rolling process of the alloy masterbatch and combining with the dealloying and oxidation method.The as-prepared"sandwich"nanoporous metal has shown excellent electrochemical properties when assembled into supercapacitors with Lishen Co.,Ltd,which lays a solid foundation for the commercial application of nanoporous metal pseudocapacitors.(1)The NiCuMn/Ni/NiCuMn and Ni Co Mn/Ni/Ni Co Mn nanoporous electrodes of"sandwich"structure were prepared by composite rolling and dealloying.The middle nickel layer was the conductive collector,and the nanoporous metals on both sides provided the required redox reaction conditions for the electrodes.With the synergistic effect of this special structure,not only the toughness and electrical conductivity of the electrode are enhanced effectively,but also the electrochemical performance of the electrode is improved obviously.(2)The electrode exhibits the best electrochemical performance when the rolling reduction rate is 30%and annealing temperature is 750?by analyzing the rolling process parameters.(3)The effects of different voltages on the electrochemical performance of Ni Co Mn nanoporous electrode during the polarization process were analyzed to determine the optimal polarization voltage.When the polarization voltage is 0.9 V,the electrode exhibits high electrochemical performance,which is shown that the specific capacitance can reach 1066.4 F cm-3at a current density of 1 A cm-3.(4)The experimental results show that the specific capacitance of Ni Co Mn"sandwich"porous electrode can reach 1988 F cm-3when the current density is 1 A cm-3by optimizing the process of dealloying and heat treatment.(5)The nanoporous electrodes can be prepared in batch by the optimized dealloying method.The nanoporous electrodes can be assembled into supercapacitors with good electrochemical performance(the specific capacitance can reach 1025 F at the current of 1 A),which lays a foundation for the commercial application of pseudocapacitors.
