As a national strategic material,grain occupies an important position in the development of the national economy.In response to the national policy requirements for safe grain storage,under the premise of following the"Grain and Oil Storage Technical Specifications",a set of intelligent remote monitoring system for grain conditions that combines sensor network technology,communication technology,Internet technology,machine learning technology and other means is developed,has a certain practical significance.After analyzing the application environment and functional requirements of the system,the paper completes the development and construction of the three modules of data acquisition,wireless communication,monitoring management,explaining in detail the hardware and software development process of the system.Based on the design of hardware circuits such as sensor acquisition,CC1110 wireless transmission,power management,RS485 serial communication,driver execution,etc.,software programs are developed for the three types of functional nodes of the wireless sensor network to complete the data collection and transmission of terminal nodes,relay routing and forwarding of nodes,aggregation and uploading functions of central nodes.In order to improve the accuracy of determining the safety of grain conditions in the warehouse,an improved algorithm of IPSO-LSSVM grain safety classification is proposed.The algorithm inputs the environmental parameters collected by sensors(granary air temperature,granary air humidity,grain temperature,grain moisture,CO2concentration,and O2concentration)into the evaluation model,and outputs the grain safety level(1-safe,2-basic safety,3-Less secure,4-Unsafe).The simulation results show that compared with the existing classification algorithms,the IPSO-LSSVM grain condition security classification algorithm overcomes the disadvantage that particles are easy to fall into the local optimum,and improves the accuracy as well as feasibility of the grain condition security judgment.Use JAVA language and Intelli J IDEA tools to develop a B/S architecture-based intelligent remote monitoring system host computer for grain conditions,store on-site collected data and user information in a My SQL database,with user management,equipment control,real-time monitoring,historical query,pre-warning function to discriminate grain conditions.Finally,the improved algorithm of IPSO-LSSVM grain safety classification is applied to the granary site.The operation results prove that the algorithm model can accurately analyze the actual grain situation,provide more comprehensive and accurate grain safety assessment results,and reduce the burden of human supervision.Pressure to improve the scientific management level of remote monitoring of grain conditions.
