The synthesis of macrocyclic compounds and the study of the host-guest properties are important components of supramolecular chemistry.By designing and synthesizing macrocyclic hosts and studying their host-guest chemistry,we can not only understand the host-guest interactions more deeply, but also discover new properties and functions, laying a foundation for further application such as assembly and identification. In this paper, the host-guest properties of water-soluble pillar[5]arene were deeply studied, and several new water-soluble macrocycles biphen[n]arenes were designed and synthesized. The details are as follows:In the second chapter, the host-guest interaction between water-soluble pillar[5]arene(CP5A)and anti-tumor drug busulfan was deeply explored. It is found that CP5A can bind well with the busulfan in aqueous solution, and the bonding constant reaches(1.07±0.10)×104 M-1.In addition, the busulfan can be effectively stabilized, hydrolysis can be inhibited and solubility in water can be enhanced by the binding intcraction of CP5A.In the third chapter, based on a series of biphen[n]arenes reported by our research group,water-soluble quaterphen[3]arenes and pentabiphen[3]arenes with large cavity were designed and synthesized, and the binding behavior of water-soluble quaterphen[3]arenes to guest sodium cholate and sodium deoxycholate was studied. In the fourth chapter, the biphen[n]arenes with the pyrene and the anthracene functional groups were designed and synthesized. |
