Human resource is an important part of all kinds of resources required by enterprise management,which directly determines the level of enterprise's ability to maintain its own competitiveness and sustainable development in the fierce market competition.Salary incentive mechanism is the "push force" and guarantee mechanism for enterprises to maintain and stimulate employees' work enthusiasm and continuously produce creativity.Outstanding talents are the core competitiveness of every enterprise,especially for labor-intensive enterprises.In the process of intellectualization,how to attract and explore outstanding talents and how to motivate employees has become the core issue of competition and sustainable development among enterprises.The design of compensation incentive mechanism is scientific,comprehensive,reasonable and effective,which directly determines whether the enterprise can sustain,healthy,long-term and stable development.How to obtain the sustainable and stable competitiveness of an enterprise is inseparable from the active,active and creative staff,and the effective salary incentive measures are one of the important measures.For the purpose described above,this paper,based on a large number of literature and data review,literature research and data analysis,and human resource related theories,salary management theories,incentive theories and salary incentive theories,takes the actual situation of the company as the starting point.Through theoretical summary,case analysis,data analysis,comparative analysis and summarization method integrating summary definition,and combined with relevant theory to research object YLDS company,analyzing the current status of salary incentive to explore the existing problems and reasons,and aims at the problems existing in the corresponding corresponding improved measures are put forward.From the system construction,promotion,salary structure optimization theory,the reference learning promotion,standard redesign,and incentive to carry out the aspects,such as through a series of research and analysis,targeted put forward the perfect measures,eventually to build a scientific and effective compensation incentive system,and under the principle of fair,reasonable and feasible,and create a positive,fair and just business atmosphere,Strengthen employees' sense of company identity and sense of responsibility,establish a good competitive atmosphere,meet employees' demand for salary incentive,and improve the talent competitiveness and stability of the company.
