Digital Light Processing(DLP)technology can form high-performance and complex ceramic parts.However,due to the brittleness of ceramics,the light-cured complex parts are easy to crack,which limits the wide application of this technology.Continuous fibers as a reinforcing phase can significantly improve the toughness of Continuous Fiber Reinforced Ceramic Matrix Composites(CFRCMC).At present,research on CFLPMC's DLP printing molding has not been reported.This paper aims to study CFRCMC's DLP printing molding equipment and technology,mainly include:The design scheme and design index of CFRCMC DLP molding experimental platform were proposed,the mechanical structure design and functional component selection were carried out,the motion control of each functional component was realized,and the construction of the experimental platform was completed.The continuous fiber can be laid orthogonally,and the forming size reaches 121*68*150mm,which lays the foundation for CFRCMC's DLP forming experimental research.The research found that the continuous fibers and green bodies in CFRCMC prepared by DLP technology are in a weakly bonded state.After the continuous fibers are introduced,the substrate will have interlayer debonding and"flash"defects.The reason is that continuous fiber affect the propagation of ultraviolet light,while changing the thickness of the cured layer.When the energy density is 60m J/cm~2,continuous fibers can be laid in the preset closed tank to effectively avoid this defect.The debinding and sintering process was studied,and the interface state between continuous fiber and matrix was analyzed.The experimental results showed that when the temperature of debinding was set to 800?,the polymer was completely decomposed,The sintering temperature is 1500?,and the continuous fiber and the matrix form a weak bonding interface in the test piece after 2 hours of heat preservation,and it was clarified that the dissipating mechanism of the fracture energy in the matrix was mainly the fracture of the fiber and the dissociation of the fiber-matrix interface.DLP3D printing molding of high toughness CFRCMC has been initially realized.
