In the petrochemical product transportation industry,tank trucks have irreplaceable important uses.Now in the process of loading and unloading oil products in tank trucks,they still need to rely on well-trained workers.If it can be replaced by automatic loading and unloading of oil products,it will increase work efficiency for the company,and for workers,they can stay away from tank trucks and improve safety during the loading and unloading of oil products.This will serve two purposes.In the system of realizing the automatic loading and unloading of oil products,the automatic positioning of the tank truck's oil ports is a key foundation.This article will do research from the selection of the measurement methods,the specific processing method of the image and the system construction that can be applied to the automatic loading and unloading of oil products,a complete three-dimensional visionbased positioning system for the oil port is obtained and applied in practice.The main work is as follows:The first step is to do research on three different stereo position detection methods,and get the most suitable stereo position detection model for the environment of petrochemical plant-binocular measurement method through comparison.The second step is to select an image acquisition device based on the binocular measurement model,and go to the field to collect images after calibration.Pretreatment experiments are performed on different oil ports in practice,and different pretreatment methods suitable for different port are given.The third step is to use the circular recognition method to identify the oil port according to the shape characteristics of it.Research on existing circle recognition methods and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different methods.The pre-processing result map of the captured images is identified by various recognition methods to obtain the most suitable method.Combined with the detection model,the stereo detection results will be obtained.According to the results,the optimization method is further studied,and the effectiveness of the optimization method is verified by practice.The last step is to find a suitable carrying and operating platform according to the binocular detection equipment and image detection code,transplant the detection code that has been experimentally proven to the selected embedded platform,and design a complete detection and transmission system for automated applications.Complete the design of oil port's positioning system.
