With the increment depth of mining,due to typical “three high and one disturbance” and other complex mining environment,the occurrence of roadway instability deformation,ground pressure behavior,roof caving,goaf collapse and other disastrous accidents in underground mines is becoming more and more prominent.Aiming at the problem of deformation and failure of near fault deep roadway in a copper mine in Yunnan Province,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to simulate and analyze the fault stability,stress distribution and deformation and failure forms of roadway under different support forms in the study area.Combined with the analysis of rock mass movement monitoring data,the repair measures of deformation and fracture roadway are put forward.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)According to the field investigation and analysis of rock mass structure,the ore body and surrounding rock belong to the rock mass with dense joints and relatively developed joints.Most of the structural planes are closed joints with steep dip angle.The structural plane runs through the roadway roof seriously,which has a great impact on the stability of surrounding rock.(2)Based on the rock physical and mechanical parameters obtained from indoor physical and mechanical experiments,rock mass mechanical parameters of three kinds of lithology are determined by using RQD value calculation,rock mass quality classification and Hoek-Brown strength criterion.(3)The linear M-C strength criterion is used to analyze the fault stability affected by ore body mining.The stress distribution and surrounding rock failure migration law of roadway under different support forms after ore body caving mining are analyzed by numerical simulation,and the optimized bolt mesh shotcrete support parameters are simulated.(4)Based on the monitoring data of rock mass movement and deformation,this paper analyzes the variation trend of stress and displacement near the fault,and puts forward feasible modification and disposal measures of deformation and failure roadway according to the engineering practice.
