With the deepening of China's attention to environmental protection and the rapid development of mineral processing technology,under the environment of increasingly scarce mineral resources,some rare and precious minerals have been gradually exhausted.Nowadays,zinc kiln slag,as a valuable secondary resource,is enriched in a large n?mber of useful metals but can only be discarded as wastes.Therefore,in order to alleviate the shortage of metal resources,comprehensive recovery of zinc kiln slag is imperative.In this paper,the zinc kiln slag from a zinc smelting plant in Yunnan Province was taken as the test object to carry out the research on the comprehensive recovery and utilization of valuable elements,and the main conclusions are as follows:1.Through the process mineralogy research and analysis of the raw ore of zinc kiln slag,the results show that the content of Cu,Zn and Ag in the raw ore is high,and the grade is 1.36%,2.57% and 311.84g/t,respectively.The content of C in the raw ore is up to 11.34%,and the content of TFe is about 30.55%.Cu mainly exists in the form of copper sulfide and metallic copper,while silver exists in the form of elemental silver and sulfide.2.According to the characteristics of the original ore,the flotation process of zinc kiln slag was studied.The test mainly studied the types and dosages of collectors,the types and dosages of regulators,the p H of the slurry,the types and dosages of activators,the fineness of grinding,the number of selections,etc.The influence of factors on the flotation index.The test finally determined the best process parameters: the flotation process of "one coarse,one fine,pre-floating carbon,one coarse,two fine and three sweeps,and the middle ore returning to the flotation process to recover copper in sequence" was adopted under the optimal process and reagent system.,Obtained a carbon concentrate with a grade of 77.58% and a recovery rate of 70.88%,a copper concentrate with a grade of 6.64% Cu and a recovery rate of 67.08%,and the grade of Ag in the copper concentrate was 1229.23g/t and the recovery rate of Ag 71.43%,the test phenomenon is relatively stable,and the product index is good.
