Carbon supercapacitor electrode materials are characterized by low cost,environmental protection and good biocompatibility,and have been widely used in aerospace,smart power grid.FCC slurry is a high quality carbon source.However,the current research methods of preparing high-performance functional materials by FCC slurry have the disadvantages of complex raw material preparation process or high economic cost,so there are great challenges in this aspect.(1)Using concentrated sulfuric acid and urea as dopants and mixed with petroleum slurry,the effects of the modulation temperature and time on the structure and electrochemical properties of porous carbon materials were studied.By taking advantage of the stability of sulfate,it can provide sulfur source for porous carbon materials through slow decomposition and sustainable carbonization at high temperature,which can make the porous carbon materials to obtain higher sulfur doping amount(6.44 at.%)at sustained high temperature.The N/S doping of porous carbon material provides abundant pseudoelectric capacity and conductivity,which makes the porous carbon material obtain the capacity of 326 F g-1 and the high velocity property of 200 A g-1.(2)The effects of carbonization temperature on the structure and electrochemical properties of porous carbon materials were investigated by carbonization-activation method.It can be seen that the activity of KOH increases with the increase of temperature,and the transition activation of carbon materials gradually expands the pore size of micropores,transforms into mesoporous pores and even destroys the pore wall.At 700?,carbonization can achieve a proper balance between the specific surface area and the content of heteroatom doping,which makes the porous carbon material exhibit high electrochemical performance.The N/S co-doped porous carbon material has A high specific surface area of 2586 m2 g-1 and A specific capacity of 130 F g-1 at a high current density of 200 A g-1.When the current density of 50 A g-1 is used for constant current charging and discharging cycles for 20,000 times,the capacity retention rate reaches 131.4%.When the power density is 325 W kg-1,the energy density of the button-type symmetrical supercapacitor assembled with 6 M KOH as electrolyte can reach 15.7 Wh kg-1.
