Water pollution is the most frequently encountered,and it is also the easiest to feel intuitively.In the Party's "14th-Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)for National Economic" and "Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives Through the Year 2035",the requirements for ecological and environmental protection are very clear,and green production and lifestyles should be widely formed.Water quality control is the top priority.Water quality monitoring is an important part of water management,so it is of great significance to carry out corresponding research.Commonly used water quality monitoring methods include physical and chemical analysis method and biological monitoring method,in which physical and chemical analysis can monitor water quality by sampling target waters and qualitative and quantitative analysis.However,this method is difficult to meet the needs of real-time,and the cost of equipment and maintenance is high,so it is not suitable for online monitoring.Compared with physical and chemical analysis,the biological monitoring principle is more suitable for online monitoring,and it also meets the requirements in terms of cost,efficiency and flexibility.Among them,the fish monitoring method can make an overall and comprehensive judgment on the pollution of the water body,so it has more advantages in the face of sudden water pollution and traceability of monitoring.Therefore,it has attracted the attention of many experts and scholars at home and abroad.Commonly used water quality monitoring methods include physical and chemical analysis method and biological monitoring method,in which physical and chemical analysis can monitor water quality by sampling target waters and qualitative and quantitative analysis.However,this method is difficult to meet the needs of real-time,and the cost of equipment and maintenance is high,so it is not suitable for online monitoring.Compared with physical and chemical analysis,the biological monitoring principle is more suitable for online monitoring,and it also meets the requirements in terms of cost,efficiency and flexibility.Among them,the fish monitoring method can make an overall and comprehensive judgment on the pollution of the water body,so it has more advantages in the face of sudden water pollution and traceability of monitoring.Therefore,it has attracted the attention of many experts and scholars at home and abroad.In this paper,by observing the changes of the activity potential signals of the experimental fish(medaka)recommended by the International Organization for Standardization,which are similar to human toxicological reactions,when exposed to different concentrations and pollutants,the water quality is analyzed and the warning is given.In view of the problems such as weak strength of fish bioelectric signal,easy to be disturbed by noise,and lack of effective judgment basis of fish water quality monitoring sensor,a clear fish bioelectric signal was obtained by building a monitoring tank and filtering and increasing the bioelectric signal collected by the observation electrode.And then through the MCU to collection,conversion,and communicate with the upper computer based on the Labview program,Finally,the effectiveness of the sensor is proved by experiments.Calculated the power spectural densities of various active potential signals of fish.These include breathing exercises and swimming exercises.Combined with the new criterion of whether the variation of all kinds of sports power ratio exceeds the threshold,complete the early warning judgment.And verify the effectiveness of the system.
