The traditional optimal cross-cut saw needs to find the defect of the board manually,draw the line manually and identify the position of the line with the sensor,so as to complete the defect cutting on the surface of the board,and use the sensor such as measuring wheel to achieve the fixed-length cutting of the board.At the same time,the traditional optimal cross-cut saw does not have the function of automatically slanting the board.This paper designs a new type of optimal cross-cut saw using machine vision technology and target detection algorithm based on the deep learning implementation of wood defect recognition,at the same time increase the function of the oblique cutting board,make it can not only deal with diverse market demand,now again can reduce the purchase of sliding table saw,angle cutter and other wood cutting Angle of equipment investment.Firstly,this paper introduces the processing process of wood and preferred crosssectional saw.The design of preferred cross-sectional saw is divided into three modules:feeding inspection,sawing machine and material selection.The incoming detection module can meet the requirements of sawing qualified boards only by detecting whether there are defects but not detecting the types of defects.The defect data set of boards can be obtained.The target detection is carried out by YOLO v3,and the average precision(mAP)evaluation index is 86.2%,which is greater than the average precision 85%,meeting the design requirements.In this paper,the sawing machine module is regarded as the most important functional module of cross-sectional saw.Two design schemes are designed and evaluated.Analyses AHP and TOPSIS for calculation,positive and negative ideal solution selection is not reasonable,combined with BWM and improved entropy-TOPSIS method,the construction of a new evaluation model,the saw module of the two design schemes were evaluated,after the evaluation model calculation finally determined the plan 2.In this paper,the overall design of the sawing machine and the design and calculation of the key parts are carried out.The possible fault conditions of the sawing machine in the work are analyzed.Hyper Mesh and ANSYS software are used to carry out static analysis and modal analysis on the frame of the sliding block and saw blade feed module.Siemens S7-200 is used to design the basic ladder diagram of the sawing machine control system,and STEP 7 SMART is used to simulate the program.
