At present,urban residents generally purchase small household appliances such as induction cookers and fruit and vegetable machines.These appliances have their own power cords.Some of the appliances are integrated machines with power cords,which cannot be directly immersed in water for cleaning,which brings a lot of inconvenience;Another part of the electrical appliances use a separate structure,although it is convenient to clean,but the use and cost are high,and the complex power cord makes the kitchen messy.So this paper studies a wireless power transmission system that combines an induction cooker and a fruit and vegetable machine.The specific work is as follows:First,the working principle and coil structure of the induction cooker are studied,and the induction heating coil of the induction cooker is used as the transmitting coil for the wireless power supply of the fruit and vegetable machine.Design the wireless power transmission and reception circuit structure of the fruit and vegetable machine,and model the main circuit of the wireless power supply,and optimize the design based on the analysis of the working principle of the main circuit of the fruit and vegetable machine wireless power supply,the frequency characteristics of the system,the load characteristics and the compensation parameter characteristics.A device receives the parameters of the circuit.Secondly,according to the optimization design parameters of the receiving module,the parameter requirements of the magnetic coupling mechanism are clarified,combined with the design principles of the magnetic coupling mechanism mentioned in this article,through the process of magnetic core design,coil design,shielding layer design,etc.A magnetic coupler with composite shielding structure is designed through finite element simulation.Then,the control system of the device was designed.Design the wireless power supply load voltage detection circuit and wireless communication circuit to send the load voltage signal to the wireless power supply transmitter;the induction cooker current detection circuit and the switching tube peak voltage detection circuit are still used at the wireless power supply transmitter,and the wireless communication module is added for Receive the load voltage signal,and at the same time implant the wireless electronic program in its software.Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis.Use Saber to simulate the main circuit of wireless power supply,and build an experimental platform for experimental verification.The experimental results show that the performance of the device meets the design requirements,which verifies the correctness of the theory and design method.
