At present,the economy has gradually turned into a new normal.The competition between enterprises has shifted from the initial value chain to the ecosystem,showing a three-dimensional,multi-element and all-round free competition.Most of the relevant personnel who directly affect this competition and achieve the results of strategic performance objectives belong to the middle-level managers of the enterprise.Therefore,for middle-level managers,it is necessary to establish an efficient and scientific performance evaluation system and performance management system to facilitate accurate and real-time evaluation of the implementation status,process and quality of enterprise strategy.It is an indispensable tool for enterprises to achieve strategic objectives.By systematically combing the Chinese and English literature on performance management,this paper has an in-depth understanding of the role and mechanism of performance management in the enterprise,and absorbs the advanced experience and practice of enterprise performance management in the literature.On this basis,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing performance management methods,combined with the performance management problems of middle managers in Z company,this paper optimizes and innovates them,and puts forward a set of scientific,complete and targeted performance management scheme for middle managers in enterprises.Based on this,this paper refers to the attribute characteristics of intermediate organization posts,comprehensively considers from the three perspectives of assessment index matching relationship,performance index setting and assessment standards,and establishes the corresponding performance assessment index system.In addition,it puts forward a series of measures: performance feedback,appeal,performance data value development,preliminary planning,evaluation cycle,assessment process,etc,Ensure the effectiveness of the optimized Z enterprise middle-level manager performance management system.By investigating the middle-level managers in the performance management system of Z enterprise,this paper finds the exposed problems,such as unreasonable setting of evaluation indicators,evaluation can not objectively and fairly evaluate the performance of employees,etc;Through targeted optimization,it not only improves the operability of performance management and saves management costs,but also improves its scientificity,so that performance management can have a complete and accurate reflection on the ability and actual performance of middle-level managers,which is beneficial to middle-level managers through "benchmarking and table" of performance evaluation results Realize its own continuous performance improvement,and promote the formation of a performance optimization closed loop of performance supervision,assessment,feedback and promotion within Z Enterprise through the supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism of performance management,so as to continuously promote the improvement of the ability of middle managers of Z Enterprise;In addition,middle managers are the backbone of enterprises,and the management of their performance is an important part of enterprise human resources management.Therefore,this is conducive to the improvement of the scientific nature of enterprise human resources management,which is conducive to the cultivation of enterprise operation and management ability and market competitiveness,and inject momentum of sustainable development into enterprises...
