| Machining error of ball screw directly determines the service performance.This paper,based on the national science and technology major project "Domestic ball screw and linear guide manufacturing equipment demonstration and application project(2019ZX04010001-005)",has carried out theoretical and experimental research on processing quality improvement technology of domestic ball screw,focusing on the processing consistency and quality control technology of ball screw.Ball screw processing consistency model is established,and the key dimension control requirements of processing quality control are obtained.Combined with the outstanding problems in the industry,the key technology of processing quality control is studied.The feasibility and effectiveness of the control technology are verified through field and bench comparative tests,which provides technical basis for improving the processing quality of domestic ball screw pair.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)The preloading performance is taken as the core service performance to analyze the machining consistency.Based on load distribution,the relationship models of lead error,pitch diameter deviation,pitch diameter variation and preloading performance of ball screw are established and verified by experiments.According to the application requirements of preloading performance,the machining consistency model of ball screw is obtained,which provides theoretical basis and key dimension requirements for improving the machining quality of ball screw.(2)Based on the key technology,the evaluation system of ball screw machining consistency is established,and the machining quality control technology is studied.The key processing technology and key process indexes of ball screw are extracted,and the processing requirements of each process index are obtained based on the processing consistency model.Combined with the process capability index,the processing consistency evaluation method of ball screw is proposed.The key processing quality control technology of ball screw is proposed,and the field process index acquisition system is built,which effectively solves the problems of low repeatability and high human error of existing measurement methods.(3)The measurement method and process parameter control technology are verified in field engineering.Using the measurement method before and after control,the field comparative test of the same batch of ball screws and nuts is carried out,which verified the necessity of measurement method control.The key dimension parameters error sources of ball screw and nut are analyzed,and the machining dimension quality of ball screw and nut produced under different process parameters is compared to verify the effectiveness of the improved process parameters.The machining dimension quality of domestic manufacturers A,B and C is compared and analyzed,and the corresponding control measures are put forward to provide technical support for improving the machining quality and assembly efficiency.(4)The processing quality of ball screw is characterized by service performance.The service performance of 5010 ball screw before and after the control of manufacturer C is measured,and the correlation between machining dimension quality and machining quality is analyzed to verify the necessity of control technology.To comprehensively reflect the operation status of ball screw before and after quality control,a comprehensive evaluation method of accuracy retention is proposed,and a comparative test is carried out on ball screw before and after the control of pitch diameter variation of manufacturers A and B,which verifies the important role of machining dimension quality on service performance.(5)Taking the overseas well-known manufacturer D as reference,the paper compares the performance of the same type ball screw produced by manufacturers A,B and C after the control with manufacturer D,explores the improvement of the quality of domestic ball screw,and puts forward a new round of control measures for the deficiencies,so as to further promote the improvement of the quality of ball screw. |
