The customized woodworking furniture flexible production line is developing in the direction of unmanned and intelligent.The production capacity of the production line has been greatly improved.At the same time,the complex structure of the production line has also led to the frequent occurrence of failures.It is difficult for companies to quickly and accurately find out the problem.Therefore,this paper takes the customized woodworking furniture flexible production line as the research object,combined with the method of machine learning,research and design a fault diagnosis system for the production line.First,sort out the composition and process flow of the customized woodworking furniture flexible production line,analyze the failure causes of the main processing equipment of the customized woodworking furniture flexible production line,and propose the overall plan design of the fault diagnosis system.Secondly,based on the fault tree analysis method,establish the fault tree model of the customized woodworking furniture flexible production line,qualitative and quantitative analysis of the possible faults of the production line is carried out according to the established fault tree model,and the reasoning process of fault has been designed.The data acquisition system is designed to realize the multi-source data collection of the PLC unit and the inverter unit and the sensor unit on the production line.The collected data can be interacted with the cloud platform based on the MQTT protocol.To solve the problem of difficult and unaccurately diagnosing the problem of the production line,based on the integrated learning strategy,propose a production line fault diagnosis algorithm of using the probabilistic neural network that be optimized by improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,and use examples to verify its effectiveness.Finally,through the Visual Studio 2019 development platform,MySQL database and Redis database and other software development tools,the prototype system of fault diagnosis of the flexible production line of custom woodworking furniture is completed.The fault diagnosis prototype system for the customized woodworking furniture flexible production line designed in this paper to realize real-time monitoring of the processing status of the production line,accuratey and effectively diagnosing of the faults of the main processing equipment,and provide a solution for the intelligent transformation of the customized woodworking furniture flexible production line.
