As a key functional component of high-end NUMERICAL control equipment,the performance of ball screw pair directly affects the accuracy retention,reliability and service life of the overall high-end NUMERICAL control equipment.In recent years,with the great improvement of China's manufacturing level,the comprehensive performance index of ball screw pair has been greatly improved,but there is still a big gap compared with the same rolling functional parts abroad,especially in terms of service life,reliability and accuracy retention.To improve the reliability of ball screw pair and narrow the performance gap with foreign advanced ball screw pair,in-depth study of the basic principle of ball screw pair is needed.The main purpose of this thesis is to propose a new type of close raceway profile based on the cutting contact theory,and establish a ball screw model with a new type of raceway by using finite element software and multi-body dynamics simulation software,and compare and analyze the bearing capacity and dynamic performance of the ball screw pair with the new raceway and traditional profile.Supported by shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation project "Design Theory and Experimental Study of Unconventional ball screw pair for High Precision retention"(Grant No.: ZR2020ME117),this thesis focuses on the contact mechanics between the rolling body and the new raceway.The main research contents are as follows:1)Taking the ball of ball screw pair as the application object of close raceway theory,the calculation formula of close raceway profile was derived by using Mac Laurin formula,and the mathematical expression of contact stress distribution between ball and close raceway was derived by using Chebeshev polynomial.2)The key raceway parameter of ball screw pair in close raceway--stress and strain distribution between the raceway and the rolling body under different proportional coefficients of close radius was further analyzed.3)Fatigue analysis was carried out on rolling contact behavior of conventional raceway,second and fourth order close raceway ball screw pair,and the influence of raceway cut type on fatigue life of ball screw pair was compared and analyzed.4)ADAMS software was used to carry out multi-body dynamics analysis of ball screw pairs with conventional raceway,second and fourth order close raceway,and the influences of three raceway cut types on the friction torque and rolling contact force of ball screw pairs were analyzed and compared.
