In advanced CNC machine tools,industrial robots,sophisticated processing equipment,there are a lot of contour control process,the goal is to make the contour control of the controlled object motion in accordance with the desired trajectory.Contour accuracy directly affects the quality of product processing.Therefore,achieving high-precision contour control is of great significance to high-precision manufacturing.This article takes ironless permanent magnet synchronous linear motors as the object,and carries out two-axis IPMSLM high-precision position control research based on d SPACE real-time control platform,commercial current drive and two-axis IPMSLM two-dimensional motion platform and other hardware:1.Discusses the research background and application value of the subject,systematically summarizes the structure principle and current status of contour control research of IPMSLM,and describes the application innovation and main research content of the dual-axis IPMSLM high-precision position control systemr.2.The IPMSLM mathematical model is established.The single-axis IPMSLM controller is designed based on the adaptive control algorithm to improve the system's anti-disturbance performance and to ensure the premise of better contour accuracy.3.Aiming at the high-precision position control system of dual-axis IPMSLM,an improved variable-gain cross-coupling controller is designed to improve the contour tracking accuracy of the system,and it can achieve good control effects under different expected trajectories.Experiments under four expected trajectories were carried out using the d SPACE platform.The experimental results show that the dual-axis IPMSLM high-precision position control strategy proposed in this paper can make the maximum contour tracking accuracy of the dual-axis IPMSLM system within 10?m,and the average contour tracking accuracy within 5?m.
