Research On The Application Of BIM Technology In The Whole Process Audit Of Government Fixed Asset Investment Projects

The Audit System of government fixed assets investment is a systematic measure to ensure that government investment projects are effectively supervised in the process of social sustainable construction,it can effectively strengthen the supervision of project examination,fund use,construction control and so on to ensure the safe and efficient operation of national funds.If we want to guarantee the fund,we need to use advanced technology to audit all aspects of the fund.We need to advance the modern audit process in the field of investment audit and improve the audit quality and efficiency.Large-scale application of BIM technology is the trend,BIM technology can be faster and better analysis of various data,easy access,data analysis is a good helper,this thesis studies the application of BIM technology in the whole-process audit of government fixed assets investment project,taking the C building of h university as an example.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the literature review,research contents and methods at home and abroad,defines the research framework of this thesis,and introduces the features of Bim Technology,government fixed assets investment project and the whole process audit,it lays a theoretical foundation for the later analysis.Secondly,it introduces the content and method of the whole process audit of the government fixed assets investment project,and analyzes the application of BIM technology in the whole process audit of the government fixed assets investment project,including audit of the decision-making phase,Design Stage Audit,bidding stage audit,construction stage audit,final settlement stage audit and so on.Finally,taking the university town construction project of h city as an example,the application of BIM technology is analyzed.The main research conclusions are as follows: on the one hand,the application value of BIM technology in the whole process audit of government fixed asset investment projects includes more accurate engineering quantity accounting,stronger cost controllability,and easier data storage and acquisition.BIM application in government,on the other hand,the whole process of fixed assets investment projects audit is feasible,and has wide range application in the design,construction,but the BIM application in government investment in fixed assets audit project is still in the exploratory stage,to BIM technology can be used to all aspects of the application at each stage,also need to constantly technology innovation,And the comprehensive practice of audit cases.
