At present,the national economy and science and technology are developing rapidly.While people are pursuing a high-quality life,more and more families are paying more attention to personal and property safety.In addition,with the advent of the age of population aging in our country,the number of elderly people has increased year by year,causing the safety of elderly people living alone to become the focus of family and social attention.In response to the above problems,this topic is based on the Internet of Things,combined with edge computing technology,researched and designed a set of easy-to-use,fully functional home security monitoring system,and realized property security protection based on fusion sensors and personal security based on abnormal behavior detection Protection,meeting people's daily safety needs,helps to better solve the problem of population aging,and has important and far-reaching social significance.The system mainly includes an information collection unit,an intelligent analysis unit,an information management unit,and an information release unit.The information collection unit is used for the collection of family crisis information,the intelligent analysis unit is used for the analysis and processing of detection information,and the information management unit is used for detection.Information storage and management,and the information release unit is used for real-time release of critical situations.The main research and work contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Overall system design and hardware platform design.Comprehensive home security monitoring system demand analysis,using edge computing technology to design the overall system architecture,complete the selection of microprocessors,sensors,cameras and other equipment and circuit diagram design,as well as the selection of communication methods and the formulation of communication protocols,to achieve data collection,and further based on the system Function,through the Raspberry Pi and home security controller,to realize the local independent analysis and processing of data.(2)Personal safety protection design.With the help of video technology,the background difference method of hybrid Gaussian model,HSV color space shadow removal,and morphological processing are used to complete the extraction of moving objects;the external moment aspect ratio,Hu invariant moment,relative height of the center of mass,velocity characteristics,and CNN characteristics are used to achieve the target behavior Sequence feature extraction;The SVM method is used to complete the recognition of human fall behavior,realize the alarm of sudden abnormal personal behavior,and improve the personal safety of the family.(3)Property safety protection design.Using fusion sensors,the improved D-S evidence theory is applied in the home security controller to realize the fusion of human infrared detection information,door sensor detection information,microwave detection information,and face recognition information,which ensures the safety of family property and reduces the false alarm rate.(4)The software platform design of the system.Using the Android Studio platform and using Java language to design the mobile phone APP,realize the functions of remote management and control of the device,remote data viewing,and one-key alarm for critical situations,providing a good interactive interface between the system and the user,and improving the intelligence of the system.Realize human-computer friendliness;use the IDEA platform to design a Web-based enterprise management terminal to complete product management and other functions.This subject research has designed a relatively comprehensive home safety monitoring system.The user installs the detection equipment at home to complete the collection of family crisis information.At the same time,the user uses the mobile phone client to remotely view real-time detection data and complete the emergency treatment of the crisis and equipment Remote control realizes personal safety protection and property safety protection.In addition,the enterprise management terminal implements product data analysis and regular maintenance through equipment management,provides data support for the improvement of the home security monitoring system,and creates a safer and more assured home environment.
