| Since the 1990s,with the acceleration of my country’s urbanization and the adjustment of industrial structure,the city’s demand for office buildings has continued to increase.At the same time,high-rise office buildings have been facing the growing urban population and extremely limited land resources.Due to the advantages of efficient and intensive use of land resources,it has gradually become more important in urban development and construction and will become the mainstream of office buildings in the long-term.At this stage,the improvement of the national economy and the transformation of office models have led people to pursue a free and comfortable,open and shared architectural environment,which is specifically manifested in the attraction of the space to the crowd,the accommodation of activities,and the humanization and diversification of the space.In the past,high-rise office buildings with a single spatial form and lack of communication can no longer meet the needs of the people.People in the building urgently need a space to interact and release themselves.As a transition between urban space and office space,the internal communication space of high-rise office buildings is also a place for people to interact with each other.It plays a vital role in enhancing the vitality of the space.A vibrant communication space is not only conducive to crowds.The communication and interaction will also directly affect the feeling and experience of the space by the user group.However,due to the late start of the development of high-rise office buildings in my country,the theoretical research on the interaction space and vitality is not perfect,and the lack of attention to the building’s internal communication space and the shaping of vitality in the actual project construction finally makes it difficult to exert its own effectiveness.Value to serve the crowd.In summary,the theories and methods for improving the vitality of the internal communication space in high-rise office buildings need to be studied urgently.This is the trend in the design and construction of high-rise office buildings in the new era,as well as the development direction of high-rise office buildings in the future.This article first elaborates the basic theories related to the communication space and space vitality inside high-rise office buildings,clarifies the type division of the communication space and serves the crowd,sorts out the constituent elements and formation processes of space vitality,and then uses the hierarchy of needs theory in environmental behavior.Based on this,the influencing factors of the vitality of the internal communication space in high-rise office buildings are extracted,and the influencing factors are classified into three levels: material,space and spirit based on relevant theoretical studies of predecessors.After that,based on the subjective judgment of the surveyed population on the influencing factors of the vitality of the communication space,combined with the analysis and induction of the vitality influencing factors,a set of vitality evaluation standards suitable for the internal communication space of high-rise office buildings was constructed,and the AHP was used to analyze the communication.Spatial vitality evaluation criteria make weights and tests.According to the research case selection principle,three high-rise office buildings in Jinan High-tech Zone were selected as the main research objects of this article.The vitality evaluation criteria were drawn into a survey questionnaire and distributed to the internal population of the research case for investigation,combined with the analytic hierarchy process to calculate and count the user’s interaction space The situation of vitality evaluation is comparative analysis of cases with obvious differences in evaluation standards,and the reasons for the differences are obtained through analysis,and the problems existing in the vitality of the communication space in high-rise office buildings at the emergence stage are summarized,and finally based on the factors affecting the vitality of the communication space.It is hoped that through the study of strategies for enhancing the vitality of the internal communication space of high-rise office buildings,it will not only provide constructive guidance for the shaping of the environment and spatial vitality of high-rise office buildings in urban construction,but also provide construction practitioners who face such problems in the future.The value-based method not only promotes the sound development of high-rise office buildings themselves,but also plays a positive role in creating the vitality of urban public spaces to a certain extent. |
