Power line detection is an extremely important task in the field of power grids in my country.With the development of AI and the popularization of visual algorithms,power grid systems at home and abroad have begun to try to use drones equipped with camera systems to inspect power lines.In the UAV's power inspection,infrared images,ultraviolet images,and visible light images are mainly detected.Therefore,for the detection of the above three types of optical images,this paper conducts the following research.First of all,this article introduces the task requirements for power grid inspections,the development status of UAVs in power line inspections at home and abroad,and analyzes the tasks that UAVs need to complete in power line inspections and the tasks they face in completing these tasks.difficult.Secondly,the design of the multi-optical system is introduced for the image acquisition of the UAV,the principle and system design of the three optical analysis of infrared,ultraviolet,and visible light in the power inspection are explained in detail,and the three-dimensional panoramic detection scheme and the schematic diagram of the scene are proposed.For digital image analysis tools,OpenCV is used for image analysis.Finally,the three kinds of optical image information of infrared,ultraviolet,and visible light collected during the aerial photography of the UAV are used to locate and identify defects.Image processing algorithms are used to process three kinds of optical images:infrared,ultraviolet,and visible light.The applied transformations include:grayscale transformation,inversion,filtering,morphological transformation,binarization,contour processing,Hough linear transformation,etc.In the infrared map detection,the traditional template is improved in the edge detection of the transmission line,and the details of the target object to be measured are greatly preserved while denoising.In the UV partial discharge detection,the image fusion algorithm is used to accurately locate the corona spot on the transmission line.In visible light detection,the Hough linear transformation is used to locate the wire in the short-circuit detection of the transmission wire,and the wire is judged whether it is short-circuited by the analogy Hu moment;in the defect recognition of the uniform anti-electric ring,the ellipse fitting is used to identify the voltage equalizing ring Contour,by comparing the number of ellipses found by the ellipse fitting of the damaged equalizing ring and the complete equalizing ring,it is judged whether the equalizing ring is complete;for the self-explosion of the insulator,a template library is established based on the traditional template matching method.It is proposed to judge whether the insulator has spontaneous explosion failure by observing the gray value transformation of the central line of the insulator.
