The tunnel coal-piercing construction system under the action of high stress and high gas is a kind of multi-factor,multivariable and multi-level complex construction system.All kinds of risk accidents that may occur in the process of coal-piercing construction have the characteristics of obvious uncertainty,incompleteness,small samples and so on,which makes it difficult to select effective evaluation indexes and evaluation methods in risk assessment.In view of this situation,this paper adopts frequency analysis method and grey correlation degree analysis method to solve the problem that it is difficult to effectively select the evaluation index of complex system in coal penetration construction,and adopts the multi-level extension comprehensive evaluation method based on grey correlation degree analysis method to solve the evaluation index level.(1)Through the analysis of the characteristics of coal tunneling in gas tunnels,it is determined that the main types of tunnels under high stress and high gas flow are gas explosion disasters and coal and gas outburst disasters;then the risk assessment system model and literature investigation Based on the combination of law,frequency analysis and grey correlation theory,a multi-level evaluation index system for risk assessment of tunneling through high-stress and high-gas is established.The system contains five first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators.(2)Through the analysis of the characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation of the complex system of tunneling coal under high stress and high gas,the three evaluation methods of gray correlation analysis,analytic hierarchy process and extension evaluation method are selected for integration.Advantages Complement each other,and establish a combined evaluation model for the risk assessment of tunneling through high-stress and high-gas.(3)Based on the actual data of the coal tunnel construction in the right tunnel of the Taozitun tunnel,the combined evaluation model is verified by engineering.The prediction results are basically consistent with the actual situation,and the effectiveness of the combined model for the prediction of tunneling coal mine risk under high stress and high gas is verified.
