With the advent of the industrial automation era,the international and domestic markets have put forward higher requirements for the motor servo system.Only the higher degree of control,accuracy and efficiency of the servo system can meet the needs of the times.As the shortcomings of DC motors are increasingly manifested,such as the DC motors are equipped with commutators and brushes,the commutators will generate sparks due to friction during operation.The AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is one of the actuators of the AC servo control system.The motor quickly occupied the field of motors with its high precision and high stability,and has been favored by many research institutions and researchers.Therefore,it is very important to carry out research on the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motors.This thesis takes AC permanent magnet synchronous motor as the research object,gives a detailed overview of its development status,control strategy,etc.,expounds the research significance of the paper;secondly,derives and analyzes the physical model and mathematical model of AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor.The mathematical model under the three-phase static and synchronous rotating coordinate system is derived,and the simulation analysis is carried out based on the classic control theory Id=0 control strategy.The simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the SVPWM modulation technology;then the AC permanent magnet is developed Research on the optimal control strategy for the loss of synchronous servo motors.By analyzing the controllable loss model of AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motors,the efficiency optimization modeling is transformed into a constraint-based optimization problem,and the Lagrangian multiplier method is used to solve the problem;The control model is built in MATLAB software,and the feasibility and correctness of the proposed control strategy are verified through simulation experiments and analysis.Finally,the hardware circuit design of the control system of the AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor was carried out,and the hardware and software design of the permanent magnet synchronous servo control system was completed.The experimental platform of AC permanent magnet synchronous servo motor control system is constructed and the test results are analyzed.
