With the rapid development of aerospace industry,the performance of traditional propulsion devices based on isobaric combustion mode has been close to the limit of improvement,and the high-performance propulsion systems has become the research focus of researchers from all over the world.Because the heat release intensity of unit time is large,the entropy increase is low,the thermodynamic cycle constructed based on detonation combustion is nearly 50% higher than the traditional Brayton cycle.Therefore,the propulsion device based on detonation combustion has become the key research object in recent years.This project relies on the key projects of Hebei Province jointly applied by North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering and Tsinghua University.A disk-shaped rotating detonation engine was designed independently,and the working characteristics of the engine were studied by combining numerical method and experiment research.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the structural features and design difficulties of the disk-shaped rotating detonation engine with propellant flowing from the center to the outside are analyzed,the design method of the disk-shaped rotating detonation engine is summarized,and the overall design of the continuous rotating detonation engine is completed.With the help of the finite element technology,the mass flow rate of two hydrogen injection directions is analyzed,and the stress and strain of the engine center rod are also analyzed,which effectively ensures the stability of the flow field and the feasibility of the structural design.On this basis,the gas supply system,data acquisition system,support system and ignition system of the engine are designed,and the engine test platform is built,which lays a foundation for the subsequent test researchSecondly,the influence of oxidizer injection slit width on the working characteristics was studied for a self-designed disk-shaped rotating detonation engine.Namely,the experiment research was carried out with oxygen-rich air as oxidant,different oxidizer injection slit width and different working conditions,and the high-frequency pressure data of different positions in the rotating detonation chamber were obtained.Through the post-processing of the experimental data,the propagation velocity,working frequency and pressure peak of the rotating detonation wave in the experiment are obtained.The propagation mode of the detonation wave is analyzed by the combination of time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis,and the propagation law of the detonation wave is summarized.Finally,the influence of different combustion chamber width on the working characteristics was studied for a self-designed disk-shaped rotating detonation engine.Namely,the experiment research was carried out with air as oxidant under different combustion chamber widths and operating conditions,and the high-frequency pressure data of different positions in the combustion chamber were obtained.Through data post-processing,parameters such as working frequency and pressure peak of combustion wave in the experiment were obtained.The corresponding oscillating combustion modes under different working conditions are summarized by matching the frequency of oscillating combustion with the natural acoustic frequency.
