The temperature of the components inside the space secondary power supply determines the life and reliability of the module power supply.Firstly,by learning heat conduction theory,heat design theory and finite element analysis software,master the thermal design principle of space secondary power supply.In view of the typical space secondary power source,is simulated by using finite element simulation technology,according to the typical secondary power layout of PCB components,components of the thermal power and installation position,the simulation analysis of the typical structure characteristics of the secondary power supply and boundary conditions,simplified power supply model,through the analysis of the heat transfer theory the power distribution of heat source,definition of various parameters and boundary conditions under different working conditions,respectively the simulation analysis of temperature field under different working conditions,focus on analysis of the internal temperature of heating components.Secondly,the vacuum thermal environment simulator(hereinafter referred to as the thermal vacuum tank)is selected as the test equipment.Firstly,the temperature field in the thermal vacuum tank is measured through the bottom test and the calibration temperature sensor,and the distribution characteristics of the temperature field in the thermal vacuum tank are summarized and analyzed,as well as the influence of different materials on the temperature field in the tank.Through the vacuum thermal environment test,the thermocouple is pasted on each component inside the power supply,and the data collection of each temperature measuring point under different working conditions is carried out and the temperature field distribution characteristics are analyzed.Finally,combined with the thermal analysis software ANSYA internal temperature field of the power supply under different conditions is analyzed data,and temperature field of vacuum thermal environment test data comparison analysis,to analyze the space twice the power vacuum thermal environment experiment temperature field distribution characteristics and its influence,thus providing a more optimized power thermal vacuum test control scheme,but also laid a solid foundation for the power of the subsequent thermal design.
