Two-stage Matrix Converter(Two-Stage Matrix Converter,TSMC)is referred to as a new green inverter,it not only has a two-way flow of energy,no mass in the middle of the advantages of energy storage devices, and power factor control, and on the topology structure of separation of levels implements the rectifier and inverter,Converter and modulation strategy is more simple,so higher requirements in the integration of aerospace, new energy vehicles, and other fields have a wide development prospects. As the Dc-link voltage under the zero-vector modulation strategy of rectifier stage has the characteristics of high frequency pulsation,it will cause the real-time change of inverter stage modulation system, and finally affect the quality of the output current waveform.Aiming at this problem, the theoretical relationship between the output current harmonic and the time-varying modulation system is obtained through mathematical deduction by using model predictive control and output current fluctuation theory, and then the online tuning system is optimized by looking up the table method to keep the optimum,so as to reduce the output current harmonic distortion rate. When the two-stage matrix converter is working normally, the load neutral point of the motor will generate high frequency common mode voltage, stimulate the stray and coupling capacitance in TSMC,and then generate electromagnetic interference to the whole system, and even lead to the failure of the motor winding and the wrong action of grounding protection. Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the harmonic spectrum of common mode voltage in TSMC system for the parameter design and suppression of output filter. The current common harmonic analysis method is FFT analysis, which has some problems such as spectrum leakage and aliasing in the process of waveform processing, resulting in errors in the final analysis results. Therefore, based on the analysis of the traditional two-space vector modulation strategy, this paper proposes to use the principle of triple fourier transform to calculate the analytical solutions of each harmonic component in the common-mode voltage, which is helpful to improve the harmonic analysis theory of the two-stage matrix converter. In this paper, the proposed output current optimization strategy and common mode voltage harmonic amplitude calculation method are duplicated in Matlab, and a two-stage matrix converter single output resistive load experimental system is built, and the proposed algorithm is experimentally verified.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and correct.
