Since the reform and opening up,people's living standards have improved rapidly,and the demand for fresh agricultural and sideline products has increased rapidly,which has also led to the rapid development of domestic cold chain.At present,China has put forward the grand goal of "carbon neutral" in 2060,energy saving and emission reduction has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,so pure electric logistics vehicle is a good choice.However,the research on the refrigeration system performance of pure electric logistics vehicle is less,which is not conducive to the development of pure electric logistics vehicle.In order to study the performance of the refrigeration system of pure electric logistics vehicle under multiple Refrigeration performance,the ESR-200 quasi two-stage vapor compression refrigeration system experimental platform for pure electric logistics vehicle was built,and the refrigeration performance was tested.The compressor speed,ambient temperature,compartment temperature,evaporation air volume,main valve superheat,make-up valve opening are selected as the influence parameters,and the variable influence parameter operation experiment is carried out on the experimental platform,so as to obtain the refrigeration performance data of pure electric logistics vehicle refrigeration system under various working conditions.The experimental results show that:(1)The increase of compressor speed can significantly increase the cooling capacity,and also cause the increase of exhaust temperature,but the medium pressure air supplement can significantly reduce the exhaust temperature;when the compressor speed is 3600 r/min,The EER of 0 in the cabin gets the maximum value.(2)When the evaporation air volume is increased from 55% to 100%,the refrigeration capacity,cop and EER of the refrigeration system in different compartment temperatures of the test-bed show an upward trend.(3)When the superheat of the main circuit electronic expansion valve is 7K and the supplementary circuit electronic expansion valve is 20% opening,the operation of the refrigeration system reaches the best state,and the COP and EER have achieved the maximum value.(4)When the cabin temperature is high,the cooling capacity,COP and EER of the nonsupplemented air mode are better than that of the medium-pressure airsupplement mode,but the medium pressure air-supplement mode can significantly reduce the change of the performance curve when the temperature changes in the cabin.Amplitude and lower exhaust temperature.(5)When the ambient temperature changes,the refrigeration performance of the working condition with a higher temperature in the cabin is obviously better than that of the working condition with a lower temperature in the cabin;when the ambient temperature rises,the cooling capacity,COP,EER of the supplementary air mode under different working conditions The drop rate is significantly smaller than that in the nonsupplemented air mode;the supplemental air mode has better cooling performance when the cooling temperature difference is large,and the no air supplement has better cooling performance when the cooling temperature difference is small.
