Rapier loom plays an important role in modern textile machinery.Weft insertion mechanism is the main component of loom,and its motion performance will directly affect the overall performance and production quality of rapier loom.There is still a big clearance between domestic loom and foreign loom in terms of working performance.There are still problems such as low speed,unstable motion,substandard fabric mass and high failure rate,especially due to manufacturing,assembly error,friction and wear The clearance problem of kinematic pair caused by other reasons will affect the output of the mechanism more.Therefore,it is very urgent to study the dynamic simulation and analysis of spatial linkage weft insertion mechanism with clearance.Firstly,the kinematics model of weft insertion mechanism is established according to the coordinate transformation method.The motion curve of rapier belt is solved by numerical simulation,and the error transfer curve of mechanism is solved by analytic method.On this basis,the kinematic influence of clearace on mechanism is further analyzed according to continuous contact theory,and the motion law curve of weft insertion mechanism with clearance is obtained The motion curves under the condition of the same speed and different clearance are analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of kinematics and Lagrange equation,the dynamic model of the four-bar weft insertion mechanism with clearance space is established based on Lagrange equation.The variation law of the driving torque of the mechanism under different clearance values and different spindle speeds is analyzed,and the contact reaction force at the moving pair is analyzed according to the continuous basic model.Then,the rigid flexible coupling model of the weft insertion mechanism with clearance is established by using ANSYS and ADAMS software,and the influence of the clearance on the output characteristics of the rigid flexible coupling mechanism is further analyzed through the stress-strain analysis of each flexible component The maximum position of the force is obtained,which provides a theoretical reference for the optimization of the mechanism.Finally,considering the coupling of multiple clearances,the dynamic effects of each parameter factor of the rotating pair on the mechanism are analyzed.In order to further study the vibration characteristics of the mechanism,the corresponding motion law is transformed by FFT,and the spectrum curve is obtained,and the influence of each coefficient on the dynamics of the mechanism is analyzed.
