With the increasing complexity of large-scale weapon systems,cables are distributed in the weapon system like blood vessels,and they play an important role in system power transmission and control transmission,resulting in increasing requirements for daily testing and fault diagnosis of cables.Therefore,it is an important development direction in the field of cable testing to study the automatic testing system for cable electrical parameters with perfect functions.The cable electrical parameter automatic detection system mainly detects two electrical parameters of the cable's insulation/on-resistance.This paper studies its hardware system,software system and error analysis.The dissertation uses a combination of a lower computer and a upper computer to complete the system design.The lower computer implements functions such as receiving operation instructions,detecting insulation/on-resistance,generating high voltage,error correction,and sending results.The upper computer provides a man-machine operation window,which realizes functions such as controlling operation of the lower computer by sending operation instructions,and displaying and saving detection data and data processing and querying.This article analyzes the measurement error in the system,and through experiments to explore the effect of the system's internal resistance on the insulation/on-resistance detection,the positive and negative error compensation method is used for the stability error generated by the on-resistance.For the insulation resistance test,it is found that the actual value and the measured value meet a linear relationship,and the least square compensation algorithm is used to correct the detection value.For the large errors that may occur during multiple measurements of the A/D module,Dixon's criterion is used to eliminate them,and the detection platform and experimental results are displayed.The experiments show that the detection system can fulfill the expected requirements well.Finally,according to the need for rapid cable fault diagnosis,a rapid fault diagnosis system based on STM32 and CPLD was designed,and through experimental verification,it was able to correctly and quickly diagnose three types of faults,such as open circuit,short circuit and misconnection,which greatly improved detection efficiency.
