With the rapid development of the urban rail transit industry,subway construction and operation companies have gradually increased their attention to the function and reliability of AFC(Automatic Fare Collection)system,and strict testing is required before the system runs.It is of great significance to carry out research on the test system of the AGM(Automatic Gate Machine)which is one of the terminal equipment of the AFC system.In this paper,a set of 24 hour unattended automatic test system of AGM is researched,and the control algorithm of the simulated card swiping device is researched to improve its control accuracy.Finally,the designed test platform is verified,and the service capability of the device under test is comprehensively evaluated based on the data measured by the test platform.Firstly,the overall design of the automatic test system of AGM is carried out.Based on the system index and the structure of the system test platform,the structure of the test platform is determined and the construction of the system hardware circuit is completed.Utilize MFC and sqlite database to design the upper computer software of the automatic test system,so as to realize the automatic test and the storage and management of related data information.Finally the designed system is verified.Secondly,in order to improve the control accuracy of the analog card swiping device,this paper focuses on a sliding mode variable structure control algorithm of a robotic arm.First,in response to the chattering problem generated by the system in sliding mode control,an exponential reaching law sliding mode variable structure control based on fuzzy control is proposed,and the control accuracy is improved in actual operation.In order to further improve the control accuracy,a new sliding mode control strategy was designed to finely control the end attitude of the manipulator.The experimental test results met the system requirements.Finally,using the test system designed in this paper,the performance of automatic ticket machines to be tested from different manufacturers is tested.An automatic ticket checking machine service capability evaluation scheme based on the DEMATEL-ANP-VIKOR comprehensive evaluation method was designed,and the comprehensive evaluation results obtained were used as one of the references for the pre-operation test of the automatic ticket checking machine.
