With the continuous progress of economy and technology,construction industrialization has become an important development direction in the field of engineering.The node connection of prefabricated components in prefabricated buildings is an important factor affecting the safety and reliability of buildings,As a technology specially developed for the connection of prefabricated components,the reinforced sleeve grouting connection is favored by people in engineering practice,Researchers and engineers continue to study and improve this technology to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of new buildings.The grouting connection technology of reinforcement sleeve,as a technical form of concealment before construction,puts forward new requirements for construction quality management.In order to realize the non-destructive testing of the grouting quality of the sleeve,our team designed a hollow grouting sleeve.The research shows that the sleeve can meet the requirement of the joint of the steel bar of the prefabricated member.This paper mainly studies the application of hollow grouting sleeve in engineering and ultrasonic nondestructive testing.The main tasks and achievements are as follows:1.By summarizing the construction technology of prefabricated building,the fabrication and construction technology of prefabricated components suitable for hollow grouting sleeve are put forward.A type of "?" hole forming mold is designed for use in the fabrication of components by the post-assembly sleeve method.2.According to the theory of elastic mechanics,the compressive stress inside the precast member after grouting with the post-assembly sleeve method is deduced.The results show that when the grouting material is in direct contact with the concrete protective layer of precast components,the influence of the hardening grouting material on the components is mainly related to the size and material characteristics of the grouting material.3.The relation between the path of ultrasonic wave propagation in the sleeve and the ratio of sleeve diameter and wall thickness is studied.The research shows that the first wave of ultrasonic wave will be refracted twice inside the sleeve,so the path length of the first wave can be calculated.4.Through the finite element simulation of ultrasonic testing sleeve grouting fullness,the conclusion is drawn that compared with the ordinary sleeve,the ultrasonic first wave method,which is more economical and reliable,can be used to test the hollow sleeve grouting fullness.5.Through finite element simulation and experimental study of grouting material,it is found that the sound velocity of grouting material increases with age and becomes stable after a certain period of time.The higher the sound velocity of the grouting material is under the same condition,the easier the detection result is to be recognized.6.The ultrasonic first wave detection of hollow sleeve with different filling fullness in prefabricated shear wall is studied experimentally.The results show that this method can be used to quantitatively detect the filling fullness.
