In this paper two methods,the protrusion method and the vibration method,for measuring the surface tension of the membrane in the tensioned membrane structure were designed.Through theoretical derivation,experimental calibration and numerical simulation,the accuracy and practicability of the two measurement methods are verified.In addition,in order to make the membrane structure measurement more widely used,the single-chip microcomputer and ESP8266 Wi Fi module are used to realize the remote measurement of the tensile membrane structure tension.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Based on the principle that the membrane surface tension is related to the displacement and resilience of the extruding process,a measuring instrument with a fixed boundary of the extruding membrane surface tension is designed.During the measurement,the resilience and the displacement of the extruding process are measured simultaneously to obtain the resilience and Compared with the traditional displacement method,the calibration curve family of ejection displacement eliminates the influence of the membrane structure boundary on the measurement results.The measurement results are accurate and reliable.At the same time,the accuracy of the device is verified by the comparison of numerical simulation and experimental results.(2)Based on the theoretical basis that the membrane's natural vibration frequency is positively related to the pre-tension,a device with fix boundary of the membrane surface was designed.The frequency gotten by this device was only related to the pre-tension.The finite element analysis was carried to verify the accuracy of the method.(3)Based on the vibration method a remote monitoring system for the pre-tension in membrane was designed.By using the ESP8266 Wi Fi module to communicate with the mobile phone APP,the remote control of the membrane tension measurement is realized.The experiments showed that the measurement results was stability and this monitoring system can be used in the large pre-tension membrane structure.
