In order to meet the increasing demand for monitoring system in the process of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,the traditional two-dimensional form,configuration software and video monitoring methods have low transparency,poor real-time performance and single monitoring mode,as well as the problems existing in the current workshop 3D virtual monitoring system based on real-time data,such as high threshold of system development,low development efficiency,poor system portability,etc.,this paper combines the Internet of things technology,three-dimensional real-time simulation technology,data interaction technology,etc.,a 3d virtual monitoring system based on digital twins and using industrial iot platform as data bus is designed,which can display the production process of workshop in real time and dynamically.Firstly,based on the detailed analysis of the requirements of 3D virtual monitoring system,the reference of digital twin theory model,combined with the actual requirements of virtual monitoring,a six-dimensional model of 3D virtual monitoring system for manufacturing process based on digital twin is presented,and the meaning of six dimensions is expounded.Secondly,aiming at the present situation that the data collection in workshop is difficult due to the different equipment protocols and various data collection methods,a data collection scheme based on industrial Internet of things platform is proposed,the key technologies involved in this scheme are also studied.After that,the construction of virtual scene and 3d real-time mapping method are studied.Finally,a 3D virtual monitoring system for personalized seal workshop is designed and developed,and the realization process of the main functions of the system is introduced in detail.
