Research On Jet Forming And Penetration Of Tungsten-potassium Alloy | | Posted on:2021-11-13 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J H Liu | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2512306512983949 | Subject:Artillery, Automatic Weapon and Ammunition Engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In this paper,the dynamic and static mechanical properties of tungsten-potassium alloy materials were tested using a universal electronic testing machine and Hopkinson pressure bar test system for tungsten-potassium alloy materials used in liners of the charge warhead.The simulation calculation and pulse X-ray photography test were carried out to test the tungstenpotassium alloy material liners,and the feasibility of the tungsten-potassium alloy material in the charge-type charge cover was studied.Firstly,the existing pure tungsten materials and tungsten alloys modified by doping potassium elements were used to perform dynamic and static mechanical performance tests using a universal electronic testing machine and a Hopkinson pressure bar test system.The two materials were studied and compared.Stress and strain curves under static and different strain rates.Using the obtained stress-strain curves,parameter fitting was performed on the two materials based on the key parameters of the Johnson-Cook constitutive model.Secondly,the existing jet forming theory is used to theoretically analyze and calculate the jet forming process of the tungsten-potassium alloy drug cover,and a finite element calculation model of the charged charge warhead of the tungsten-potassium alloy cover is established.The forming process is simulated.The simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical results.Then the method of controlling a single variable was used to numerically simulate the influence of the structural parameters of the drug hood and the charge structure parameters on the forming process of the jet.The structural parameters of different drug hoods and The influence of the charge structure parameters on the penetration power of the jet formed by the tungsten-potassium alloy cover.An orthogonal optimization method was used to optimize a combination of a drug cover and a charge structure suitable for tungsten-potassium alloy materials.Finally,through pulse X-ray photography test,the jet forming process of the chargecharged warhead of tungsten-potassium alloy with charge-type cover material was experimentally verified,and the feasibility of the application of tungsten-potassium alloy material on the charge-type charge cover The accuracy of key parameters of the Johnson-Cook constitutive model obtained by fitting is verified based on the comparison between the captured damage element morphology and the numerically simulated damage element morphology. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | concentrated charge, liner, tungsten alloy, material constitutive model, penetration | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
