This paper takes the chain magazine subsystem in an automatic loading system as the research object,Combined with advanced control theories such as sliding mode control,adaptive control,disturbance observation and fuzzy control,The problems related to the position control system of the chain magazine are studied in detail.The main achievements of this paper include the following parts:(1)The structural characteristics and working principle of the chain magazine system are described in detail.The dynamic analysis of the chain magazine system is carried out,and the equivalent mathematical model of the chain magazine system is obtained according to the conservation of kinetic energy by taking the actuator as the equivalent element,which lays a foundation for the design of the subsequent chain magazine control system.The 3d modeling software is used to build the virtual prototype model of the magazine system.By means of dynamic simulation software,the dynamic simulation model of the magazine system is obtained.In order to ensure the accuracy of the model,the paper identifies the model systematically.(3)Firstly,based on the mathematical model of the chain magazine,combined with the related research on the variable structure control theory,the sliding mode control system of the chain magazine is designed.The simulation and experimental results show that the sliding mode control system of the chain magazine designed in this paper has strong anti-interference ability and good robustness.Secondly,combining with disturbance observation technology and adaptive control theory,a sliding mode adaptive control system based on the interference observer is designed,which can effectively reduce the uncertainty in the system.To some extent,the high frequency chattering of the sliding mode control system is weakened and the overall performance of the control system is improved.Finally,according to the fuzzy control theory,the fuzzy adaptive control system of the chain magazine,which is not based on the precise mathematics of the chain magazine system,not only reduces the design difficulty of the control system and guarantees the sliding mode condition,but also obtains a good control effect.(4)The test platform of chain magazine is built and the control system designed in this paper is verified experimentally.The experimental results show that the three sliding mode control algorithms proposed in this paper have higher control accuracy and stronger robustness.
