With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,unmanned is one of the crucial directions of weapon development.Nowadays,most unmanned combat systems are controlled semi-automaticlly by the operator through the handle.The unmanned combat systems has great potential in this area.To improve the system's unmanned degree,this paper studied and realized autonomy function,including the autonomous target recognition,tracking and launching,based on the small unmanned combat system.The autonomous combat module was studied based on a small unmanned combat system.The target recognition algorithm which was suitable for the autonomous attack module was selected by comparison and analysis.The corresponding function was expanded to output the relevant information of the target.The friend or enemy identification of the small unmanned combat system was achieved by face recognition function.Using the related framework,the autonomous combat software which can replace the operator's control of the small unmanned combat system was developed.The target can be found autonomously by the target recognition algorithm,and the autonomous combat software directed the target tracking instructions and decided whether to fire based on the location of the target.After analyzing the failures of a certain type of small caliber rifle,combined with the first loading mechanism,the weapon module failure can be diagnosed by the sensor of autonomous attack module.It achieved the autonomous obstacle removal function.The performance of the autonomous attack module was verified through the moving target shooting test.The test results showed that under the control of the autonomous combat module,The small unmanned combat system had the advantages of accurate identification,stable tracking and good shooting accuracy.The degree of unmannedness had been further improved.
