Research On The Operation State Of The DC Ground Electrode In Tianguang Project

The grounding electrode is an important facility of the DC transmission project.When a continuous DC current flows through the ground electrode,a constant DC current field will be formed near the pole site,and ground potential will rise in the nearby soil,which will cause a series of electromagnetic environment problems such as step voltage and contact voltage.People and animals nearby have an impact;if there are metal facilities such as grounding transformers,underground metal pipes,or wrongly installed cables near the pole site,they will provide a better conductive path than the soil,so that part of the current will flow to the distant place,and bring these facilities come corrosion and other adverse effects.This paper focuses on the problems found in the operation and maintenance of the EHV company Tianguang station grounding electrode,and studies the factors affecting the operation of the grounding electrode,and analyzes the grounding resistance,step voltage,shunt coefficient,contact potential,soil parameters,coke size,etc.Parameter,found the law of various factors affecting the operation state of the ground electrode.Taking the grounding electrode of Tianshengqiao Station as the research object,the current distribution of the DC horizontal grounding electrode is analyzed.Based on the two actual measured data of the DC grounding electrode in Tianshengqiao Station in 2003 and 2016,the evaluation method of the operation state of the DC horizontal grounding electrode is studied,the characteristic quantities of the operation state of the DC horizontal grounding electrode are extracted,and the operation state of the DC horizontal grounding electrode based on multiple parameters is proposed.evaluation method.According to the grounding electrode operating state prediction model and the grounding electrode safety limit conditions,a prediction model for the service life of the grounding electrode at Tianshengqiao Station was established,and the grounding electrode operation and maintenance strategy recommendations were put forward.
