In China,there are obvious regional differences in the level of economic development and infrastructure construction.In the western region and the central and eastern region,it has a more intuitive feeling.However,with the proposal and implementation of the western development policy,the process of urban development in the western region has been significantly accelerated,the level of urbanization has been deepened,and the investment in infrastructure and railway construction has increased rapidly.There is no doubt that for a long time in the future,the demand for component products in the western region will have a broader market.Taking Shanxi market as an example,the marketing countermeasures of XT Company's component products in Shanxi Province are deeply studied in order to enrich XT Company's component product marketing means,and enhance XT Company's market competitiveness and sales share,which has a very strong reference value for the company's marketing strategy.Firstly,on the basis of relevant theoretical literature review and analysis,this paper analyzes the marketing environment of the component products of XT Company,including the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,so as to lay a foundation for the selection and positioning of the marketing market and the formulation of the marketing strategy.Secondly,the market selection and positioning of component products of XT Company are studied.The purpose is to subdivide the market of component products in Shanxi region,select the appropriate target market,and determine the market positioning of product marketing reasonably.At last,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the formulation,implementation and safeguard measures of the component product marketing strategy of XT Company,which will pave the way for the comprehensive construction of the component product marketing system.Taking XT company as an example,this paper deeply studies and discusses the market selection and positioning of its component product marketing in shanxi province,as well as the formulation,implementation and safeguard measures of its marketing strategy,which provides guidance for improving the marketing level of component product manufacturers.For the peer enterprises,can help these enterprises to improve their own marketing management level,and then enterprises can improve the level of marketing management.And this article in the market selection and positioning,the specific formulation and implementation of marketing strategy and other aspects are discussed,these parts constitute a whole set of marketing management system,for the component product manufacturers to establish their own marketing management system provides a reference.
