As the core component of aviation power supply system,the performance of fuel pump directly affects the safety and stability of aviation power supply system.Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has become the best choice for fuel pump driving motor because of its small size,high power density and wide speed range.This paper intends to solve the problems of traditional PI parameter setting difficulty and unsatisfactory control effect in the development of pump permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,and puts forward the off-line setting and on-line setting optimization methods of permanent magnet synchronous motor controller parameters.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the research status of fuel pump motor drive control system is elaborated,and the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established.The modern advanced control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor is discussed,and the control flow of vector control and the principle and realization of SVPWM technology are emphatically analyzed.In view of the problems that the traditional controller parameters are difficult to adjust and the motor control effect is not ideal,combining the nonlinear fitting ability of BP neural network and the nonlinear optimization ability of genetic algorithm,the off-line setting method of speed controller parameters based on BP neural network and genetic algorithm is adopted,which can quickly optimize the controller parameters and effectively improve the control performance of the system,and is suitable for nonlinear and difficult to model control systems.In order to pursue higher dynamic and static performance index of the system,an on-line parameter tuning method of permanent magnet synchronous motor speed controller based on fuzzy adaptive fractional order is introduced,and the corresponding simulation model is established in MATLAB/Simulink.Compared with the control performance of traditional PI controller,the simulation results show that this method can further improve the motor control effect and has certain feasibility.At last,an experimental platform of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control with TMS320F2812 as the main control chip was set up in the laboratory.The hardware and software of the designed system were described in detail,and the related speed regulation experiment was completed on the experimental platform.The experimental results show that the system has good dynamic and static performance.
