As the test device of high-power hydraulic transmission,the high-power hydraulic transmission test bench is mainly used in the R &D test and factory test of high-power hydraulic transmission.The stability of its mechanical structure directly affects the factory quality and R &D Progress of the transmission.Therefore,the simulation analysis and optimization design of the key structure of the test bench is of great significance.Aiming at the design defects of the original high-power hydraulic transmission test-bed,this paper uses global optimization technology and structure optimization technology to carry out simulation analysis and optimization design of its key structure.The specific research contents are as follows(1)Aiming at the problems of local convergence and slow convergence speed of ego algorithm,an interpolation Latin hypercube sampling interpolation optimization algorithm is proposed.The results show that the interpolation Latin hypercube sampling interpolation optimization algorithm can effectively avoid the local convergence of ego algorithm and obtain the global optimal solution efficiently and quickly;(2)Aiming at a series of failure problems caused by the design defects of the existing test-bed,firstly,the key structure of the test-bed is simulated and analyzed by ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and then the Kriging model of the bull head support is established,and the interpolation Latin hypercube sampling technology is used to update the model.The first-order natural frequency of the optimized model is increased by 31.7%,and the mass is reduced by 57.41 kg.Through the simulation analysis and optimization design of the U-shaped support,the U-shaped support structure with more stable mechanical performance is obtained;(3)The RMS results show that the mechanical vibration stability of the optimized Tauren support is better,and the optimized U-support structure is more stable,which can better meet the design requirements of the test-bed.By using global optimization technology and structure optimization technology,the key structure of high-power hydraulic transmission is simulated and optimized,and a test bench with better mechanical performance is obtained.
