With the rapid development of the times,automobiles have become more and more popular and have become an indispensable tool for thousands of families.At the same time,since most automobiles use traditional fuels such as petroleum as energy sources,it has also caused tremendous pressure on the planet's ecology.Therefore,in order to cope with the energy crisis and environmental crisis,people have begun to research and explore new energy vehicles,among which electric vehicles have become the most ideal choice to replace traditional energy vehicles.For electric vehicles,how to charge the car is a problem that people pay more attention to.The traditional cable plug-in charging method of electric vehicles has disadvantages such as safety threats caused by wear and aging of electrical components,and complicated charging methods.The wireless power transfer(Wireless Power Transfer,WPT)has the characteristics of flexibility and safety,which can meet the long-term needs of future electric vehicle development.In the wireless energy transmission system,how to obtain the highest transmission efficiency under the premise of ensuring safety is the focus of research.As an important component of the coil system,the shape,size,compensation circuit and offset of the coil are How to ensure the high power and high efficiency of the system are issues that need to be considered.The main work of this paper is as follows:For the design and optimization of the coupling coil of the electric vehicle wireless energy transmission system,the Ansys simulation software is used to simulate and test the coupling coil in terms of winding mode,shape,and ferrite structure.The comparison shows that it has strong anti-offset ability and radiation shielding.A coil structure with better effect and less material usage.In the SS type magnetic coupling wireless energy transmission circuit,under the premise of the optimal load,a compensation circuit is added.Based on this,the frequency division phenomenon in the wireless energy transmission circuit of electric vehicles is discussed,and the coupling coefficient k value is used to find the zero of the circuit.The reactance frequency(Zero Reactance Frequency,ZRF)point,through the adaptive selection of the ZRF point,allows the entire circuit energy transmission to reach the maximum output power under the premise of high energy transmission efficiency.And through the experimental construction of the circuit,the frequency division phenomenon in the circuit is verified,and the feasibility of the circuit frequency selection is confirmed.
