Electric bicycle is an important means of transportation for urban and rural residents in China.However,its wired charging mode is bound by wires,and there are hidden dangers such as poor contact,cable aging and so on.Therefore,this paper designs a set of induction coupled single tube inverter wireless charging system for electric bicycle.The main work includes:Firstly,the coil structure and magnetic core structure of loosely coupled transformer used in wireless charging system are simulated by finite element method.After comparative analysis,circular coil and strip magnetic core are selected as its composition structure.In order to make up for the lack of shielding effect of single-layer ferrite core,the structure of ferrite + aluminum foil double-layer material was studied and optimized.In order to reduce the weight of the magnetic core and improve the power transmission capacity,the three-layer structure of ferrite + nanocrystalline + aluminum foil was improved.Secondly,the high frequency inverter circuit and compensation network of wireless charging circuit are studied.A single tube inverter LC / LCC compensation wireless charging circuit is proposed,and its working process is analyzed.The equivalent input power supply and load independent constant current constant voltage output characteristics are analyzed.The voltage,current stress and soft switching characteristics of the proposed circuit are studied.Then,the voltage sampling circuit,current sampling circuit,zero crossing detection circuit,driving circuit and auxiliary power supply circuit are designed.The MCU and wireless communication module used in the control system are selected,and the control flow chart of the control system is given.Finally,saber simulation software is used to simulate the main circuit and load switching,and the loosely coupled transformer is made to build the experimental platform.The experimental results achieve the expected effect,and verify the feasibility of single tube inverter wireless charging system.
