| With the vigorous development of the automobile industry,the demand for automobile tires is increasing day by day,resulting in the output of waste tires increasing year by year.Long term large-scale stacking of waste tires will lead to waste of resources and environmental pollution,but as long as it is used properly,it can also develop huge application value.Due to the structure and composition of waste tires,the crosslinking network structure of rubber molecular chain and various additives,it is difficult to reuse waste tires.If we can simply recycle the waste tires and apply them in the field of energy storage,making them as carbon sources and anode materials for lithium-ion batteries,it will be a great breakthrough and key for the recycling of waste tires.Because carbon-based materials have small volume change and good properties,and carbon-based anode materials are good conductors of ions and electrons,it is necessary to develop a simple and easily available carbon-based anode material.In this paper,the waste tire powder was studied as follows(1)The waste tire powder was studied and pretreated.The micro morphology and phase composition of waste tire powder were analyzed by means of XRD and SEM.The composition of waste tire powder was studied and the pretreatment conditions were determined.After carbonization,KOH activation and ammonia nitrogen doping,the carbon obtained in each step was assembled into a button battery,and the optimal preparation conditions in each step were explored.(2)The waste tire rubber powder was used as carbon source,after a simple pyrolysis and washing process,and the electrochemical test was carried out.Compared with commercial graphite,the contribution of components in carbon powder to battery performance,the role of zinc sulfide in carbon powder and its lithium storage mechanism were explored.When the current density is 1000 m A g-1,the capacity of 255.1 m Ah g-1can still be obtained after 3000 cycles.Compared with waste tire carbon as anode material,it has advantages in specific capacity and cycle stability.Waste tire rubber powder carbon is a kind of recycling resource with considerable quantity,simple preparation process,and can be applied in energy,which can alleviate energy problems and solve environmental problems. |
