Research On Optimization Of Capital Structure Of Shanhe Intelligent

The development of China’s construction machinery industry started slowly,but the speed of development is amazing.It only took 30 years from the initial stage in the1990 s to the world’s advanced level now,and shanhe Intelligent,as the leader of underground engineering equipment,only took 20 years to complete the transformation from enterprise founding to the top level of the industry.In 2020,When General Secretary Xi Jinping visited Hunan province,he inspected shanhe Intelligent production workshop and put forward higher requirements for enterprises.For engineering equipment manufacturing enterprises,the current domestic market is relatively saturated,and the market demand gradually presents a downward trend,and the level of China’s construction machinery in the international market is not enough to form favorable competitiveness.Therefore,how to use existing resources to promote the efficient development of construction machinery enterprises has become the main problem facing the development of construction machinery industry.Therefore,research on the capital structure of construction machinery manufacturing enterprises is the best way to solve the construction equipment manufacturing enterprises.The capital structure of enterprises is not only the embodiment of the company’s value culture,but also affects the company’s development decisions,and is the guarantee foundation for the stable development of enterprises in the fierce market competition.How to optimize the capital structure of enterprises and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market has become the main problem faced by construction machinery manufacturing enterprises.Therefore,in order to speed up the transformation of China’s construction machinery manufacturing industry,improve the competitiveness of the construction machinery manufacturing industry in the international market,and improve the capital structure of sunvo intelligent questions,this article selects sunvo intelligent as a case study object,using literature research and case analysis,the study on capital structure of the industry development cycle.Based on the analysis of the intelligent capital structure of Shanhe,the paper puts forward some suggestions on balance between liabilities and income,and overall arrangement of long-term and short-term liabilities.In the aspect of financing,it puts forward suggestions on diversifying financing channels and reducing financing costs.At the asset level,some suggestions are put forward to revise and perfect the policy of equity balance and improve the management of accounts receivable.
