With the continuous improvement of cancer treatment technology in human society,radiotherapy has become the main means of human cancer treatment.In the process of radiotherapy,due to the different choices made for each organ in the design plan,the non irradiation area will also be affected by the scattered ray energy brought by scattering.If the accumulation exceeds the national protection standard,it is likely to lead to cancer.At the same time,the protection design of the accelerator room is also worthy of attention.In order to protect the relevant employees of the hospital,the shielding thickness of the accelerator room needs to be strictly observed in accordance with the national standards.In order to calculate the influence of the energy left in the human body due to surgical treatment on different organs,this paper selects the cancer with the highest cancer rate,and combines the mathematical ideas such as micro element method with Monte Carlo simulation to obtain the scattering dose value of the main organs in the human body in a course of treatment for lung cancer.In the process,firstly,the feasibility of this method is confirmed by comparing with the specific experimental data,and then the scattering in the air and in the human body are calculated respectively.Finally,combined with the scattered rays generated during treatment,the radiation protection shielding design of an accelerator room in a hospital is evaluated,and the accelerator scattering protection studied in this paper is applied in practice.Through the calculation of this paper,the average value of the selected lung cancer patient data is lower than the dose rate that will directly cause the deterministic effect,which shows that single irradiation of the cancer site can not directly lead to the lesions of other organs.If the dose limit of a single organ treatment plan does not exceed the standard rate of cancer in other countries.The thought in the process of calculation has guiding significance and provides a method for similar problems.This paper calculates the shielding thickness of an accelerator room,gives a calculation example of radiation protection of a specific room,and proves that the current design of the room meets the national standard.
