Modern urban rail transit vehicle is a new complex system.The degree of automation is greatly improved,and it is developing towards the direction of intelligence,integration and modularization.In the process of vehicle operation,the ever-changing vehicle failure forms and more and more complex vehicle failure principles have brought a certain impact on the reliability of vehicle operation.The traditional fault diagnosis and maintenance mode have been unable to meet the maintenance requirements of vehicle system,so it is particularly important to explore a new vehicle health management scheme.The introduction of fault prediction and health management(PHM)into vehicle system can realize the functions of fault diagnosis,condition monitoring,fault prediction and comprehensive decision-making,which is of great significance for the safe operation of vehicles.Based on this,this dissertaion studies the urban rail transit vehicle fault prediction and health management technology.The main achievements are as followsFirstly,taking urban rail transit vehicles as the research object,PHM theory and technology are studied.According to the current situation of vehicle operation and maintenance,PHM technology is introduced into vehicle system.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the vehicle itself,this dissertaion evaluates the health of the vehicle through the comprehensive evaluation method combining the variable weight method and the fuzzy method,and takes the vehicle wheelset system and the vehicle pantograph system as examples to verify the effectiveness of the method.After comparing the traditional grey model,the equal dimension dynamic model and the particle swarm dynamic model,the particle swarm dynamic prediction model is selected to predict the vehicle fault.The example of the wheel wear value of the vehicle shows that the particle swarm dynamic prediction model is better.Finally,taking Beijing Daxing airport line project as an example,the application of PHM health assessment technology,fault prediction technology and intelligent decision-making technology of specific vehicles is studied and analyzed.The research results show that the PHM technology of urban rail transit vehicles used in this dissertaion significantly improves the reliability of vehicle operation,effectively reduces the incidence of vehicle failure,improves the operation efficiency and economic benefits of vehicles,and has good practical application value.
