In the 21 st century,human society has achieved rapid development in the fields of economy,technology and military.The global population continues to rise,triggering a global energy crisis.Traditional fossil energy is currently the main energy used,and its reserves are falling sharply.In the next few decades,human society will face a global energy crisis on a large scale.At present,the photovoltaic industry is in the ascendant in terms of R&D,production and market development,and it is becoming an emerging industry with the most development potential.In the past ten years,the development and utilization of new energy has become more and more extensive,and the market share has been increasing year by year.In the future,new energy will completely replace traditional energy and become the foundation of human society's development.Solar power generation,as an efficient and environmentally friendly power generation method,is fully supported and actively promoted by the government.Small-scale photovoltaic gridconnected power generation systems will become more commonplace in the household direction.In recent years,the state's investment in photovoltaics has also continued to increase,supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and realizing photovoltaics to the countryside to help farmers get rid of poverty.Overlooking the current general trend of new energy development and national policies,this topic aims to design a household 5k W photovoltaic gridconnected inverter.The research content mainly involves the following aspects:(1)A brief overview of the current state and prospects of photovoltaic power generation at home and abroad,and the exploration direction of grid-connected inverter control methods.On this basis,the design object of this paper is proposed:dual-channel Boost input H6 bridge photovoltaic grid-connected inverter.(2)The main power circuit topology is designed,and its working mode and control structure design are described in detail.Using PSIM software,the main power circuit topology and control method are simulated and verified.(3)Put forward the design index of the inverter.In terms of hardware development,the selection of the key components of the main circuit,the design of the functional module circuit and the auxiliary switching power supply circuit are elaborated in detail.In software development,choose two TMS320F28035 as the control chip,and develop the software based on the DSP/BIOS real-time operating system.The main software design includes task allocation and thread planning of the two chips,inverter operation state machine switching,human-computer interaction interface and the realization of main control algorithms.(4)Make a 5kW prototype,test various functions of the prototype by building a test platform,analyze the experimental results obtained,and verify the feasibility and rationality of the prototype's hardware and software design.
