Building rectification and reinforcement is a difficult,high-risk and comprehensive professional technology,which needs the integration of geotechnical engineering,structural engineering and surveying and mapping engineering.So far,there is no mature and complete calculation and design system and precise construction control measures.Many of the rectification projects are carried out and completed in the exploration,with high risk And uncertainty.Especially for the rectification and reinforcement of high-rise buildings with pile foundation,due to the large load,high sensitivity and complex measures,it needs more theoretical and practical research.In this paper,based on the appraisal and analysis of a 32 storey piled raft foundation inclined building,the scheme of micro pile anti sinking and pile side disturbance rectification is adopted.Through the analysis of the influence of pile side disturbance on its bearing capacity,the scope of pile side disturbance(angle and depth)is reasonably determined,and the whole process tracking monitoring,scientific analysis and dynamic adjustment are adopted in the anti inclination reinforcement.The slope rate of the slope decreased from 3.04 ‰ to 1.5 ‰.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The reasons for building inclination are different.Through testing and identification,we can master the details of all aspects of the inclined building,find out the main factors causing the building inclination,and provide necessary conditions for the design of rectification and reinforcement scheme and the control of construction process.(2)Before rectifying the building inclination,it is necessary to take measures to stop the settlement or reduce the settlement rate of the area with large original settlement.In order to prevent the settlement increase sharply caused by the construction disturbance of the anti sinking micro pile,according to the geological report and the original pile foundation condition,through the construction process control,the influence of the construction disturbance on the buildings is minimized to achieve the anti inclination effect.(3)According to the measured results of vertical compressive static load test of single pile,the disturbance range of pile side is determined through inversion calculation and analysis,so as to ensure that the side friction resistance of pipe pile can be effectively reduced,the pile tip will have penetration deformation,and the overall foundation instability will be prevented in the process of pile side disturbance;the side with small settlement will produce controllable vertical deformation under the action of building self weight To achieve the purpose of rectification.(4)According to the results of calculation and analysis,the sequence,intensity and range of disturbance are reasonably determined according to the results of calculation and analysis,and according to the principle of horizontal sub area and vertical angle unchanged upper and lower sections;combined with the whole process tracking monitoring data,the safe and stable tilting back of buildings is ensured.(5)Through the construction management of tracking monitoring,data analysis and dynamic adjustment in the whole process of building rectification and reinforcement,this paper studies the key control technology of pile side disturbance rectification construction,summarizes the key influencing factors of high-rise building pile foundation rectification construction,and obtains the control points of dynamic adjustment system in the process of rectification and reinforcement construction,which ensures the safety,reliability,stability and feasibility of rectification construction It's done under control.
